3D Scanning

3D Scanning for Accurate Models and Solutions

High-Precision 3D Scanning
Accuracy up to 0.05 mm (0.0019 in)
We provide professional 3D scanning services with an accuracy of up to 0.05 mm, enabling us to create highly precise and dimensionally accurate digital models of physical objects. This level of accuracy is ideal for scanning small industrial components as well as selected areas of larger structures where exact geometry is critical.

Such precision makes our services well suited for engineering, reverse engineering, manufacturing, quality control, restoration, and product development, where even small dimensional deviations matter.

High 3D Resolution
Resolution up to 0.1 mm (0.0039 in)

In addition to high accuracy, our scanners offer a 3D resolution of up to 0.1 mm, allowing us to capture very fine surface details. This includes subtle features such as thin ribs, sharp edges, surface textures, and complex organic or mechanical geometry.

With this resolution, we can reliably capture details like:
* Fine molded features
* Thin walls and ribs
* Small openings and transitions
* Complex freeform surfaces

This makes our scanning process suitable not only for engineering tasks, but also for detailed prototyping, product refinement, and high-quality 3D printing workflows.

CAD-Ready Scanning and Engineering Support
Our 3D scanning services are designed to integrate seamlessly with CAD-based workflows. If you need to convert a physical object into a digital model for further design, modification, or manufacturing, we provide scan data that meets professional engineering standards.
We specialize in capturing:
* Complex geometry
* Sharp edges and precise boundaries
* Fine mechanical and organic details

Our scanners perform exceptionally well on objects such as molded parts, mechanical components, PCBs (printed circuit boards), keys, coins, custom hardware, and anatomical forms.

Scan data can be delivered as high-resolution STL meshes or converted into CAD formats (STEP, Parasolid) compatible with SolidWorks, Fusion 360, Rhino, and other industry-standard software. When needed, we also assist with scan cleanup, reverse engineering, and CAD reconstruction, ensuring the final model is accurate, usable, and ready for production.

Artec Spider
Artec Eva

We offer 3D scanning services for a wide range of industries, including manufacturing, automotive, healthcare, archaeology, art, and many others. By working with us, you will receive precise, detailed, and high-quality 3D models that help optimize your design and production processes.

Differences
Between Artec Spider and Artec Eva

  1. Accuracy and Detail
    If you need to create a 3D model with maximum precision and high detail (such as for scanning small mechanical parts, jewelry, or objects with intricate and fine elements), we use the Artec Spider. This scanner provides accuracy up to 0.05 mm, allowing for the capture of the smallest details.
    If your object is larger and doesn’t require ultra-high detail, such as when scanning cars, buildings, or human figures, the Artec Eva is a great solution. Its accuracy is 0.2 mm, which is perfect for larger objects where fine detail isn’t as critical.
  2. Types of Objects
    For small and complex objects with intricate geometry, such as printed circuit boards, tools, or small parts, the Artec Spider is the ideal choice. It’s perfect for tasks where every detail and accuracy matter. For larger objects, such as scanning people, furniture, cars, or architectural elements, the Artec Eva is a better fit. This scanner is faster and better suited for working with larger objects.
  3. Scanning Speed
    If your project requires fast scanning of large objects, such as entire buildings or vehicles, we recommend using the Artec Eva since this scanner works faster and can capture large amounts of data in a short amount of time. The Artec Spider is slightly slower, but this is offset by its exceptional accuracy, making it ideal for scanning small objects where every detail is important.
